Ch.216
3rd POV
After they strike a nice deal with politician Cameron, Hayley and Will decide to retreat for the day.
“It was nice meeting you son.” Will bid politician Cameron farewell before he left.
When he didn’t hear any reply from politician Cameron.
Will shouted back, “You impolite bastard! Say goodbye to your dad!”
“It sure as hell isn’t nice to meet you daddy Will.” Politician Cameron spat.
Hayley urged Will at the door, “Hurry up, let’s go!”
“Wait, let me teach my son a lesson first.” The stubborn Will ran back and slapped politician Cameron on the face before he followed Hayley.
“Wait untie me first before you go!” Politician Cameron shouted after them but they are long gone.
“Do we look stupid to you?” Will shouted back at him.
“I already paid you though!” Politician Cameron stated.
Will shouted back one last time before he ran out the door, “It doesn’t matter! An evil bastard like you deserves it!”
Laying down by himself, “So I just paid them to get tied up?” Politician Cameron asked aloud.
He couldn’t believe that he just paid them for ransom and they still ran off without untying him.
Politician Cameron came up with the last resort and called for help, “Help! Is anyone there?”
When no one replied back to him he gave up the thought of shouting for help.
“Damn it!” Politician Cameron cursed when he realized that they kicked everyone out of his house.
Therefore, nobody is going to help him now.
Politician Cameron laid there for a good one hour until he heard some commotion at the door.
Finally someone is going to save him, he thought.
“Help! I’m over here!” Politician Cameron called for the guests to help him.
The footsteps approached his room as they followed the direction of his voice.
“Why is the door open?” A familiar voice asked.
“I don’t know.” The other voice replied.
Once they approached politician Cameron’s room everyone was shocked to see him being tied up.
“What is going on here?” The 1st chief of The Immortal asked his 6th commander.
Even the 6th commander didn’t know what was going on, “Woah what game is this?”
All their subordinates were ready to fight but now they are all greeted with this awful sight.
Never in a million years would politician Cameron imagine that he would get discovered like this.
“You lunatic, what unsightly scene are you showing us!” The 1st chief scolded politician Cameron.
Politician Cameron didn’t know what he did wrong for Hayley’s group to humiliate him like this.
Thanks to them now he’s discovered by The Immortal’s people.
“Can you just untie me?” Politician Cameron gathered his courage up and asked them to untie the ropes.
The 1st chief and the 6th commander both looked at eachother and smirked.
“Do you really think we would untie your turtle shell?” The 6th commander asked him.
Judging by his words politician Cameron can tell that they’re hostile towards him.
Politician Cameron frowned as he didn’t know how did he offended The Immortal’s people, “When did I offended you guys?”
Grabbing onto the ropes the 6th commander pulled politician Cameron upward, “Because of you I was demoted from my position as the 2nd chief in command at The Immortal!”
“What does that have anything to do with me though?” Politician Cameron still didn’t understand why is that replated to him.
“Remember the crazy bxtch that you asked me to kidnap?” The 6th commander asked politician Cameron.
“So it has to do with that crazy woman again.” Politician Cameron thought.
Nodding his head, “Yes.” Politician Cameron replied.
The man added as an explanation, “Not only did she escape but she also stole some of our treasures!”
The 1st chief interupted the 6th commanded, “Not mention she also stole my dog along with her!
Politician Cameron’s brain is still trying to register what they just said.
Basically Hayley escaped before The Immortal could do anything to her.
She then stole some of their goods and she didn’t even spare the dog too.
Finally after he sorted out the situation, politician Cameron blamed it back to them, “How is this my fault? I simply paid you guys to take care of her. Instead of doing your job right. You guys just let her escape and even stole your sh.t! Now look at the mess she made out of me. I should be the one complaining!”
Politician Cameron couldn’t hold it in anymore and poured his heart out.
It was true that he hired the 6th commander but how is he getting demoted had anything to do with politician Cameron.
Those unreasonable people just wanted to take their anger out on him because Hayley had messed with them.
